The Contractor, when submitting drawings to the Ministry of Electricity in Baghdad, shall provide an indexing system for all the drawings, divided for each type of equipment. The drawing format and the indexing system, as detailed in Schedule E, will be agreed at the first Contract meeting between the Contractor and the Engineer.
